- Do naczynia miksującego włożyć połowę kopru włoskiego, rozdrobnić4-5 s/obr. 5. Przełożyć do innego naczynia. Powtórzyć tę czynność z drugą częścią kopru. Wraz z cebulką ułożyć na przystawce Varoma.

- Po ugotowaniu odstawić w ciepłe miejsce. Opróżnić naczynie miksujące.
- Sos: Pomarańcze obrać i wraz z cukrem umieścić w naczyniu miksującym, rozdrobnić 10 s/obr. 5. Następnie gotować przy zdjętej miarce MT 3 min/100°C/
"Obroty wsteczne" /obr. 1. - W oddzielnym naczyniu wymieszać mąkę, sherry, sok pomarańczowy i śmietanę, dodać do naczynia miksującego, gotować 2 min/100°C/obr. 1.
- Otrzymanym sosem polać rybę i warzywa.
