- Do naczynia miksującego włożyć pomidory, czerwoną paprykę, czerwona cebulę, czosnek, dolać 50 g octu z czerwonego wina, rozdrobnić 5 s/obr 7.
- Gotować 40 min/Varoma/obr. 2, zamiast miarki na pokrywę naczynia miksującego postawić koszyczek.
- Dodać pozostały ocet z czerwonego wina, przyprawy i miód, gotować 15-20 min/Varoma/obr. 2 (dopóki mieszanka nie zgęstnieje). Zdjąć koszyczek i założyć miarkę.
- Zmiksować 1 min/obr. 10. Przełożyć do słoików typu twist, po zakręceniu obrócić słoiki dnem do góry, pozostawić na ok. 10 minut do ostygnięcia.
