- Gotować 40 min/Varoma/obr. 2, zamiast miarki na pokrywę naczynia miksującego postawić koszyczek.
- Dodać pozostały ocet z czerwonego wina, przyprawy i miód, gotować 15-20 min/Varoma/obr. 2 (dopóki mieszanka nie zgęstnieje). Zdjąć koszyczek i założyć miarkę.
